Almost perfect - I love the way this shoe looks. The leather is super soft, the button is shiny and cute, and the back of the heel even has a guard on the bottom to prevent damage. But when I put them through my wear them to work all day test-they did not hold up as well. My toes rubbed against the top of the shoe, but if I wear them without nylons I think they'd be perfect. Unfortunately I have to wear nylons at work, but I'll happily keep these for a dressier pair because they are too cute to not keep. The Just Jan by Gentle Souls is more comfortable for an every day wear to work shoe. I usually wear a size 10, but sent them back for a 9.5 which fit perfectly.
